| July / 01 / 2011 Wilsonville Facility If you want your vehicle repaired back to pre-accident condition, you cannot go wrong relying on Artistic. Last August I crashed my 2 y/o Camry and took it to Artistic in Wilsonville. There is nothing about the car suggesting it was ever crashed. However, recently the radiator failed. It took it to the Toyota dealership for repair. When I picked up the car, I asked the dealership if the radiator Artistic installed due to the crash was under warranty. The dealership brushed me off and acted like it was not interested in helping me. I went to Artistic and talked with Lee. He immediately contacted the radiator manufacturer for me and then followed up on my behalf. Lee was helpful and eager to help me. Within a few weeks, the manufacturer sent me a check for parts and labor. All the credit goes to Lee's help and persistence. In the future, when anyone asks me where to get their car fixed, I will refer them to Lee at Artistic. Michael Lewton |

Not many places would have the attention to detail to wash around each door frame and trunk opening, and it is VERY appreciated. Artistic Auto Body gave me a great quote and re-scheduled my appointments for about 3 months because I'm a slacker. FINALLY, I took my car in, they drove me home, fixed the dent, picked me up. The price was the same as they first quoted, they detailed my car AND gave me a complimentary bottle of touch up paint! My repair was only .00, but they made me feel like I was a 00. customer! The customer service, the quality of the work and the efficiency of the staff was AMAZING! I felt like I was the ONLY customer they had ALL day- it was incredible! I would recommend Artistic Auto Body to anyone and everyone I can- and I'm in sales, so I know a great company when I see one! My car looks and feels clean and brand new! Thank you! | January / 04 / 2011 Portland West Slope Facility My "baby" had a basketball size ding in the rear bumper. It was being driven by another family member and I was just sick. My husband took it to Theo at the SW Canyon location and we were given a quote of and it taking about an hour. I wanted a new bumper, but was willing to try this much cheaper option first. Within 15 minutes, it was done, even touch up paint. When Theo walked me over to check it out, my jaw dropped. It was beyond my expectations. I was so pleased. When I started to walk back to the office to pay, Theo stopped me and said, "No charge". I am sure my eyes bugged out of my head! He indicated that because it was such a quick job and went so well, there would be no charge and hopefully we will remember them if we have something happen in the future. I cannot promise you a "freebie" like I got, but I can tell you I was treated wonderfully from the moment I walked in the door. And, when I came home and showed my son, he was not sure which bumper it was! How refreshing to find a place like this, where the customer really is king ( or queen!)
