Lifetime Warranty

We are so confident in our abilities (and have been since the day we began in 1982), that we offer a lifetime warranty on our workmanship for as long as you own the vehicle.

In the event of a part failure, the manufacturers warranty would apply. There are other limitations, but our intent is to absolutely stand behind our work. We work hard to make sure each one of our customers is a satisfied member of our outside sales force.

In fact, we actually have numerous ways to warranty our repairs even if you move away from the area. Here is a list of how the warranties work:

• Artistic Auto Body offers the primary warranty on workmanship for as long as you own the vehicle. We need to have the first chance to take care of the problem for you.
   
• The insurance company also offers a warranty on the repairs performed in their recommended partner shops. As a partner to most all the major insurers, most of our repairs we perform have this additional coverage also.
   
• As a member of Fix Auto, there is a nationwide warranty through all Fix Auto locations.
   
• As a member of the Automotive Service Association (ASA), we also provide a nationwide warranty where there might not be a Fix Auto location.
